Hollywood star Cuba Gooding Jr. was acquitted in court on Thursday afternoon. He writes New York post.
The actor stood up accused of violating a number of womenin several Manhattan patios.
The sentence was changed after he pleaded guilty to all charges and after completing six months of alcohol abuse treatment.
Accused of several conditions
Gooding Jr. was arrested in June 2019 after a 29-year-old woman told police she squeezed her breasts without her consent. Presumably it happened at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge near Times Square in New York.
A few months later, Gooding Jr. accused of two further incidents. Several women are said to have come forward with new allegations.
Postponed due to crown
Gooding Jr.’s trial was supposed to take place in April 2020, but was halted due to the sharp rise in coronary infections in New York.
The actor is known for numerous American films. In 1997 he won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor in “Jerry Maguire”. The Hollywood star is also known for her role in “The People vs. GU Simpson”.
