Thrissur: Thomas Tuchel, the former coach of the English Premier League giants Chelsea, is in Kerala. On Wednesday he landed in Kochi. He was also greeted by Chelsea fans at the airport. After the photos of this came out, the discussion on social networks became active. Many doubt that he came to train the Kerala Blasters. Some have even asked if fan-favorite Blasters coach Ivan Vukumanovic should leave the club.
However, the German came for Ayurvedic treatment at a private resort in Natika, Thrissur. The 49-year-old is known to return after 10 days of ‘relaxation therapy’. When the Malayali drama went to Germany, he was in contact with the management of the Chelsea team. Then a group from Chelsea came here last month and returned for treatment. It is reported that Tuchel arrived on the basis of information received from them.
