BSP leader Kornelia Ninova and her fellow party members Borislav Gutsanov and Gergana Alexova did not go to the Sofia district attorney’s office for questioning, BNT reports.
Today, the three were to testify in connection with a BSP waiver appeal and Kiril Dobrev, reinstated by the court. The three had to explain why they prevented Dobrev from voting at the August National Council meeting. Already a week ago, Kornelia Ninova announced that she had received the summons, but she said she would not show up and accused her prosecutor of helping her internal party opposition. In response, the prosecution claimed that such claims did not correspond to objective reality and called them manipulative.
