Gasoline is in short supply in our department. Faced with this shortage, the prefect of Moselle has made a decision: from this Wednesday, October 12, the sale of fuel will be limited. Thus, as stated in the press release released today, “the sale and purchase of fuels (petrol, ethanol, diesel, LPG) in manually transportable containers is prohibited, except for professionals in the maintenance of green spaces”. This prohibition is applicable until midnight on Tuesday 18 October and aims to limit the influx of users who go to service stations to carry out precautionary storage, with consequent higher than normal consumption. “The prefect of the Moselle appeals to everyone’s responsibility and asks the residents of the Moselle not to make unnecessary reservations”, concludes the statement.
