GIACARTA, KOMPAS.com– Former drummer KotaK, Tobing’s post Reply to KotaK’s clarification video regarding his song that KotaK is still singing without giving the royalties for the performance rights.

Responding to KotaK’s claim that he has stopped singing his songs since leaving the band in 2011, Posan revealed a series of evidence of KotaK’s performances.

“You said since 2011 I’ve been out, ‘we hardly ever performed the song’ but you did, I don’t know how many times you’ve performed it,” Posan said, quoted by Youtube Aksen entertainment.

Posan then showed two videos of KotaK’s appearance.

The first was during a concert in Cirebon in 2013 where they performed the song “Kerabat KotaK” and the other was their song “Cinta Do Not Go” which was performed by KotaK in 2019.

“So you said you hardly ever brought it?” Posan said.

“Bring it, brother, don’t forget it. It’s people’s rights, people’s jobs, people’s livelihoods. Say you don’t wear it, you’re screwed,” he continued.

He thought there would be more that he could find thanks to her Youtube.

As previously reported, KotaK in his clarification video claimed that since Posan came out in 2011, they hardly ever sang Posan’s songs again.

“(Three songs) are purely Posan compositions, but yes, since 2011 …” Tantri said then looked at Cella.

“2011 (Posan) decided to leave (the group). We hardly ever performed the song,” Cella said.

In his video Posan also confirms that so far he has never confessed to all the songs he talked about and asked for royalties on right performance it’s his.

There are several songs that were created together, including him, Cella, Dewiq and Pay.

“I said that in all of these works I was involved in creation, some were even my own creations as well, so don’t look for friends,” Posan said.
