A tourist center where a million people can live and work has been prepared as part of this. Hospitals, starred hotels, residential complexes, resorts, parks and playgrounds will all be eco-friendly. Priority will be given to restricting car access to the city, incorporating more green sidewalks and converting waste into recyclable products.
The city is expected to be self-sufficient in terms of food, energy and security and will also provide 30,000 green jobs.
