Jeddah: 180 shoddy and illegal residential buildings evacuated. The municipality of Jeddah said these will also include those who do not comply with building regulations.
Officials reported that this number of buildings were found during the inspection of 934 buildings in Jeddah. The action was taken because no legal action was taken despite the warnings and fines.
