The potato stew with rice is an easy to prepare and tasty dish, to be served at lunch.

How to prepare
Put a little vegetable oil in the saucepan, put the pan (onion and garlic) and mix a little. Add the meat with the spices, salt and a little cinnamon with a little water. Leave to rest for about ten minutes, add the tomato sauce when the mixture is boiling, add the potatoes cut into squares and leave on the stove for half an hour until completely cooked.
Boil the rice in a separate pan and the dish is ready to be served.
