Tungsten is a hard steel gray metal with the highest melting point of all metallic elements. The nickname was given to Meghan Markle before she officially became Prince Harry’s wife for her toughness as a woman.
“Charles is known to nickname his future son-in-law Tungsten for his tenacity and resilience,” Nicholl wrote in his book, quoted by Entertainment Tonight.
The nickname was given to Meghan Markle when she attended the Royal Foundation Forum with Prince Harry, Prince William and Kate Middleton in 2018. Meghan seemed very confident at the time.
“According to an aide, it was then that William and Kate, who are severely pregnant, realized they needed to get better,” she continued.
“The Cambridge family (now known as the Princes and Princesses of Wales) have signaled that they will not only be ‘decorated royalty’ and, with Harry, they will make their Heads Together mental health campaign a success,” added Nicholl.
At that moment Prince William and Kate Middleton were impressed by what Meghan Markle had done. He has managed to use his celebrity work to appear confident in public.
“Meghan used all her honed skills for her TV appearance. It was the moment William and Kate impressed Meghan,” she explained.
“Meghan looks very confident and very capable, according to a source,” concluded Nicholl.
But in 2020, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry decided to resign from the kingdom and live in California. Their relationship with the royal family is getting warmer.
