The city of Darmstadt and the Darmstadt-Stadt Singers’ Club honor longtime members

(wl) On the occasion of the award ceremony of the singers by the Association of Hessian Singers in the Justus-Liebig-Haus Darmstadt on October 16, 2022, at 11 am, also three singers of the singing club “Eintracht 1870” eV DA-Arheilgen they will be honored with this time. For many years of active singing, Hedwig Fiedler for 25 years, Ursula Rückerich and Ursula Hübner for 40 years receive certificates of honor from Karin Papalau, president of the Darmstadt-City Singers’ Club, and Mayor Jochen Partsch. Musical accompaniment is provided by the young “SoundProof” choir from Wixhausen under the direction of Alexander Franz. The singers are happy that the event can take place again in public after a 2 year hiatus and hope that a large number of interested listeners can come.
