Four women dressed as green goblins, who brutally assaulted two 19-year-old women on a Manhattan subway train, have been identified by authorities, who are actively looking for them.
Emily Soto, 34, as well as Mairam Cisse Issouf, Ciante Alston and Dariana Peguero, all 26, are among the suspects, investigating chief James Essig said.
On 2 October, the four women, accompanied by two other friends, violently assaulted two other women who were traveling in the Times Square subway in New York.
In the video shot by a dismayed viewer, some members of the group can be seen hitting and pushing the victims.
Some members try in vain to keep their friends away for long minutes.
The victims stole a cellphone and a bag, police said.
The strange group fled the scene after the attack. Police have not identified the other suspects, the New York Post reports.
