Valery Solovey, a Russian political scientist and former professor at the Moscow Institute for International Relations (MGIMO), said that when Putin celebrated his 70th birthday on Friday (7/10/2022), he decided to use tactical nuclear weapons.
Solovey says the Kremlin leader’s health is deteriorating and he wants to take the world with him.
His statement comes when Russian Orthodox churches are ordered to hold a special prayer service for Putin’s health on Saturday.

“The decision in principle on the use or demonstration of tactical nuclear weapons has been made,” said Solovey, whose statements on Putin’s health were consulted with Western embassies in Moscow.
“The question is how, when and where,” he said.
“I have no doubt that we will end up on the brink of death, but I know we can withdraw. We will make it, “he said The mirror.
He said the current situation is more dangerous and closer to a “nuclear apocalypse” than it was during the Cuban missile crisis.
“The reason is that Russian President Vladimir Putin is serious about demonstrating the capabilities of nuclear weapons – tactical nuclear weapons,” he said.
