A PlayStation document has surfaced online, pointing to a number of PS5 and PC games that have yet to be announced.
Gematsu recently stated that a PlayStation document is in circulation containing a list of PS5 and PC games yet to be announced and that a document now appears via ResetEra that matches that description.
As you can see, a file has been released that includes a number of products starting with Horizon 2 or Forbidden West, as well as an untitled DLC and a remaster of the first chapter for PS5. The PC version of Horizon 2 is also mentioned, but there is no release date for it in the document. In the list we also find an online game that will be in development for both PS5 and PC by Guerrilla Games. Finally, there is the well-known Horizon VR or Call of the Mountain developed by Firesprite.
He then mentions Sumo Digital’s already confirmed Sackboy A Great Adventure for PC, as well as Destruction All Stars and Rise of the Ronin for PS5. Finally, Returnal is also on the known list, but a release date has not yet been confirmed in the PC version.
The real news are different, namely “Heartbreak” by Firesprite, “Carbon” by Sumo Digital, Redstar by Lucid Games, Ocean by Kojima Production, Bates by Ballistic Moon and Camden by London Studio.
These are code names that do not allow us to understand in detail what they are talking about. It can be assumed that Firesprite’s Heartbreak is a horror game already discussed by the team that was looking for developers to “terrible adventure“.
Ocean by Kojima Production appears to be Death Stranding 2. The code name has already emerged online a few days ago thanks to the always well-informed Dusk Golem.
Instead, Redstar could be a remake of Twisted Metal: the Lucid Games game is cataloged as a fighting game and it has long been rumored that Twisted Metal was developed by that team.
Ballistic Moon’s Bates could be a PS5 exclusive released by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The team is made up of former Supermassive Games developers (authors of Until Dawn). However, we don’t know what it is, other than the fact that the game was developed on Unreal Engine 5.
Camden is expected to be an online PS5 game that has already appeared in the company’s job postings. Carbon, on the other hand, could be the new online PvP shooter that was talked about a year ago through a job posting, through which, however, there have been no confirmations of PlayStation exclusivity.
