It is the return of Blue Week, this national operation for the elderly and the elderly. What activities are offered?
On the Aquanova side, in addition to access to the center, special activities have been devised. This Tuesday, at 12, an aquafitness course will be offered in particular. Wednesday, placed at the aquasophro at 8:15 and aquafitness at 9:15.
Finally, an acquarelax session is also scheduled for this Saturday at 12:30. Given the success of this operation in recent years, it is best to register in advance for the various courses on the Aquanova website. We remind you that this operation is not only for Déodatiens, but for all the elderly of the urban community. The goal of this initiative, as explained by Jean-François Bruelle, Deputy Delegate for Solidarity, is “to start retirees to practice an activity” with this idea behind the idea of creating the maximum of social bonds.
