Indra proposes Bernardo Villazán as the sixth independent member

BancaMarch | Indra (IRD) proposed to Bernardo Villazan, advisory director of Grupo Antoli, a manufacturer of automotive components, such as sixth independent vowel.

The technology and defense group thus closes the round of proposals and intends to complete the definitive renewal of the board by convening its shareholders at a forthcoming meeting October 28.

In addition to Villazán, the other independent directors proposed are Belén Amatriain -ex director of Telefónica-, Virginia Arce -ex head of technology of PWC Spain-, Olga San Jacinto -expert in transformation strategies-, Coloma Armero -ex partner of the law firm Uría y Menéndez and director of Cemex Latam- and Axel Arendt -ex director of Rolls Royce-.

Apart from these vowels, on the board it will be proposed to appoint Juan Moscoso as a member, which will strengthen the weight of the state holding SEPI, the group’s largest shareholder (28%).
