THIRUVANANTHAPURAM ∙ KSRTC launches an “end to end” low-floor AC service on the Janasatabdi train model to reach Ernakulam and return from the capital faster. There will be no conductor in this bus. This is the first time in the history of KSRTC that the service is run without a conductor.
Except on public holidays, the bus journey should depart Thiruvananthapuram at 5:10 am and reach Ernakulam at 9:40 am. He will return from Ernakulam at 17:20 and reach Thiruvananthapuram at 21:50. Two buses with rear seats were assigned for this service.
The buses will stop for one minute each at the Kollam Ayath feeding station and Alappuzha Kommadi feeding station to pick up passengers. There will be no stopping anywhere else. Passengers can book tickets online from Sunday. Tickets can also be purchased half an hour earlier from Thiruvananthapuram Central Bus Station, Kollam Ayath and Alappuzha Kommadi Power Station.
