This is a two-phase affair, with which the Guipavas gendarmes confronted, on the night between Friday 23 September and Saturday 24 September 2022. At 00:15 the police were alerted by the remote surveillance alarm of a reprography company in rue de Salaguis, in Guipavas, where one or more individuals had broken into. Quickly on the spot, the gendarmes could not identify the thieves, who had already left the scene. At the time, the soldiers noticed the break-in and intrusion, but found no theft. Apparently the thieves attempted to break into an intermediate door, without success.
The van found in Gouesnou
But the matter does not end there. Three hours later, at 3:23 precisely, the gendarmes were called to intervene in a fire that involved two vehicles, on the road to Penety, in Gouesnou. A van is clearly identified by investigators as belonging to the company robbed the previous night. A second van was also found on the spot, the connection to which has not yet been established. A police investigation has been opened. The commercial videotapes will be viewed, the technical police will also have to go to the site to take samples.
