Cyberpunk 2077, the forgotten Cyberpunk 2077, increases in popularity in the aftermath of the release of “Edge Runner”

After the release of the Netflix animation “Cyberpunk: Edgerunners”, the popularity of the original game “Cyberpunk 2077” has increased significantly.

CD Project Red posted on Twitter this week that nearly one million new and returning players each day logged in and played Cyberpunk 2077. Additionally, the post included an illustration of Cyberpunk 2077’s “V” protagonist and Cyberpunk’s “David”: Edge Runner pointing a gun together and thanking them.

On the other hand, Cyberpunk: Edge Runner is a work that has been well received for its various elements, such as the dystopian atmosphere of the original and detailed action scenes, attractive characters and an engaging story.

However, Cyberpunk: Edge Runner hasn’t been released on Netflix in Korea yet, so you can’t watch it officially. As of September 23, Cyberpunk: Edge Runner has not been reviewed by the Video Rating Board, so it will take longer for it to be released to home Netflix users.
