He continued, the bread intake should be reduced, and it is preferable to eat brown rice or bulgur, and the dates do not exceed 3 fruits, and you should stop eating sugar “, noting that in this case sugar is controlled in addition to exercise and follow-up with your doctor.
He stressed the need to eat leafy vegetables such as watercress, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and others before eating meals. He explained that vegetables are rich in nutrients the body needs and because they contain antioxidants.
He also advised eating smart grains like sesame, black seeds, and healthy oils.
