Prepare the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the cream, egg and chopped chives. Mix everything and let it rest for an hour. Then grate the cheese and add it to the meat. Form the cutlets and wrap them one by one in triple wrapping. Finally fry them in boiling oil. Serve the horseradish minced meat cutlets with mashed potatoes. If you want to make a healthier version of chopped cutlets, you can bake them on parchment paper and you can add other herbs besides yarrow. Finally you can sprinkle them with finely chopped onion.
