In addition, the resident said that there were dozens of cars in front of him that had the same fate. The driver did not know if this was intentional or not.
“Because it has happened so many times before, there was 40-50 in front of me. This is the system, I just checked and it was fixed. So I don’t know if it was intentional or what,” he said.
PT JTD apologizes
In this regard, the IT division head of PT Jakarta Tollroad Development (JTD) Jaya Pratama, Abdul Rachman, opened his voice. He apologized for the incident.
“For the above incident, we understand the inconvenience suffered by road users. For this reason, PT JTD Jaya Pratama, as manager of Kelapa Gading-Pulogebang Toll Road, apologizes for the inconvenience experienced by road users.” , Abdul Rachman said in his press release, Wednesday (9/21/2022).
PT JTD stated that there was no intentional element in the incident. It was purely because system error.
“This incident was not intentional on our part, but it was a classification failure on the part of the system due to the sensitivity of the class censorship,” he added.
