• Residents are reminded that NYCHA corporate policy prohibits activities from home that increase the risk of fire or explosion. Activities from home to repair, charge or store electric bicycles, batteries for electric bicycles or gasoline vehicles are therefore prohibited and constitute a violation of the rental agreement.
