Test for Android to find possible errors on mobile

Hello everyone happy!

The warranty on my Sony Xperia 5 II is about to expire, so if I have to send my phone in for service, I have to do it pretty quickly.
The last time I did this, the workshop sent the phone back with the words: “Your product will be returned because the described defect could not be reproduced”.

Now I don’t want them to do it again, because then you’re good to go. Is there a program built into the mobile so you can run a test to see if it works perfectly or if it’s something crazy?
Does Elgiganten have such a testing program that you can see if there is something wrong with the phone?

How is it possible that when you send your mobile abroad to correct the error, you get a response that “Could not reproduce the described error”? Are they just ignorant technicians working in these places or what is the problem? Maybe they have received orders from the highest ranking NOT to find such errors which can be costly to correct?

I can pay if there is a company in Sundsvall that can test my mobile if there is something strange wrong. It’s too complicated to tell what’s wrong, but in short, the cell phone has behaved very strange many times.
It freezes and then won’t start again afterwards. But the next day it shows a faint sign that it needs to be charged and after that it works again for a while without any problems, but then it usually shows the same again.

So there must be something wrong, but what? What good is the warranty if they can’t find the defect? Do I still have the rights after the warranty has expired, if it is possible to prove that there was a cell phone failure from the start?
I am getting tired of these difficulties and I do NOT think my next mobile will be called Sony.
