It was 10 am on Saturday morning that the woman called the police about the incident. It must have happened to a private address in Tysvær, Rogaland, and there must have been several people nearby.
She is now accused of attempted murder.
Police lawyer Cathrine Monsen confirms to Dagbladet that the victim was found in the open. She doesn’t want to delve into the kind of relationship the two have, but the police confirm that there is a relationship between the two.
– We are trying to map where it happened and the sequence of events. I can’t even say anything about what the reason was, she says.

The relationship between the accused and the victim

– But the forensic technicians are investigating on the spot now, he tells Dagbladet shortly after 4pm on Saturday.
The defendant was named defender of Erik Lea. So far, no legal counsel has been appointed for the victim.

Arrested without drama
The accused was arrested without drama, the police write. The victim, a man in his fifties, was transported by air ambulance to Stavanger University Hospital.
– He was conscious when he was taken over by health. We currently have no new information on his condition, Monsen said Saturday afternoon.
Operations leader Fritz Arne Lilleskog, however, informs NRK that the victim’s health is stable and that his life is not in danger.
A forensic investigation of the crime scene is underway, police say. There must have been several people present during the incidents, but according to the police it is unclear how much witnesses saw of the incident.
– Several witnesses have already been questioned and this work will continue, says the police prosecutor.

At Avis in Haugesund, incident leader Fritz Arne Lilleskog said the victim was clearly injured when police arrived at the scene. At the moment he does not want to say anything concrete about whether the stabbing took place inside or outside the house.
