The former general president (Ketum) of the ganjarist Eko Kuntadhi visited the Islamic college of Lirboyo, Kediri, East Java. Eko Kuntadhi came to apologize directly to Ustaza Imaz Fatimatuz Zahra or Ning Imaz and the large family of the Islamic college of Lirboyo.
Reported detik Jatim, Eko Kuntadhi arrived at Lirboyo Islamic College accompanied by Liberal Islam Network (JIL) activist Mohamad Guntur Romli around 5:00 pm WIB. Subsequently, both were greeted in a closed-door meeting for more than 1 hour at the Liboyo Islamic College Foundation meeting building.
After the meeting, Eko Kuntadhi said he admitted the mistake he made and apologized.
“My presence here is only one, I feel I was wrong, I came here to apologize”, he told reporters after the meeting which took place from Thursday (15/9/2022) afternoon.
Eko said he also admitted the mistake he made without giving any reasons. He realized he was wrong and felt the need to apologize.
“There is no excuse for that mistake. I was wrong and I’m here to apologize,” he said.
Earlier, it was reported that Eko Kuntadhi’s arrival was welcomed by the council of the Islamic college of Lirboyo, Kediri, KH Oing Abdul Muid, famously called Gus Muid, and the chairman of the PCNU of the city of Kediri, KH Abu Bakar. Abdul Jalil.
Eko was immediately invited to enter the Liboyo Islamic College meeting building. They had been invited to sit in the living room of the building, Eko and Gunrom were then invited into the room and attended a closed-door meeting.
As previously reported, Eko Kuntadhi’s tweet insulting Ning Imaz was deleted, but many netizens have documented it. The tweet features a video showing Ning Imaz sharing knowledge of him. In the video, Ning Imaz explains the interpretation of Sura Ali Imran verse 14.
Eko tweeted: “So the angel isn’t a woman?” She also uploaded a video of Ning Imaz adding inappropriate words, “T * l * l level of lizard. How come life is just a dream after ***** n,” Eko tweeted on Tuesday (9/13).
Eko Kuntadhi is known for stepping down from Ganjarist’s general presidency after his tweet caused a stir.
“In the aftermath of my tweet, which created a stir, I had to make the decision to resign from the general president of Ganjarist,” Eko said in a statement received by detikcom on Wednesday (14/9).
“Ganjarist is a voluntary body that has fought to support Indonesia’s best son, Ganjar Pranowo, to advance as a national leader,” he added.
