The Government of Aragon has published the call funded with the call funded under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, for the development of actions aimed at ensuring universal accessibility to housing, in particular for the elderly, with disabilities and / or in an addictive situation.
The purpose of this call is to finance projects aimed at guaranteeing the universal accessibility of residential buildings or private homes, in any case intended to act preferably as habitual and permanent residence, to all people and in particular to those who, for reasons of age, disability or dependence could see limited their possibilities of access to these buildings, their common or exclusive elements, as the case may be.
The deadline for submitting applications will expire on 4 October 2022 and, by the Social Services of the Municipality of Ejea de los Caballeros, doubts will be resolved and help will be provided to process them, from Monday to Friday, during working hours. : 00-15: 00
Beneficiaries can benefit from 3 different lines of action:
Line 1. Universal accessibility actions to be built in common elements of buildings intended for housing owned by local authorities in Aragon and by entities or entities dependent on them (public housing parks).
line 2. Universal accessibility actions promoted by the communities of owners and owners of residential buildings for collective use, to be carried out in the common elements of the property they own.
Row 3. Accessibility actions inside single-family houses or in private elements of apartments in buildings intended for collective housing.
