Alice Schwarzer documentary in the cinema – Radio Wuppertal

From today (15 September 2022) it is possible to see in cinemas the first documentary film on Alice Schwarzer by Wuppertal. The journalist, author and editor is considered the determining figure of feminism. The documentary used old reports, interviews and talk show appearances, but was also shot from scratch. Among other things, she rode the suspended railway and visited her old place of residence. Schwarzer was originally expected to come to a show. But the 79-year-old canceled it for health reasons. The documentary film “Alice Schwarzer” is running from today in the Wuppertal cinema.
