A new sculpture of a hockey goalie installed in the “Park of Legends” in front of the Museum of Hockey Glory horrified netizens. A photograph of the art object was published in Telegram-channel “Moscow News”. The monument was created by CJSC Kurganstalmost and presented to the President of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation Vladislav Tretiak in honor of his 70th birthday.

The photo shows a sculpture of a man in a hockey uniform with a stick in his hand, it is made of iron. On the face of the man depicted there is a goalkeeper mask. The figure has already been compared with the scandalous “Alenka” from Novovoronezh, as well as with the maniacs of the horror films “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” and “Friday the 13th”, in which the main character wore a hockey mask.
