00.10. During a telephone conversation on Tuesday, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz urged Russian President Vladimir Putin to completely withdraw Russian troops from Ukraine and find a diplomatic solution.
“A 90-minute conversation with Putin. Russia must withdraw troops from Ukraine and recognize sovereignty and territorial integrity. Otherwise, a diplomatic solution is unthinkable,” summed up the chancellor on Twitter.
