Sasho Dikov’s life was in serious danger a few weeks ago and the doctors barely saved him. The legendary TV host underwent a major heart operation, reports the Acibadem City Clinic.
The hospital specifies that Dikov was rescued by the teams of Prof. Ivo Petrov and Dr. Asen Kelchev.

“For more than 10 years, Prof. Ivo Petrov’s team has been taking care of the heart of patients suffering from genetically transmitted familial hypercholesterolemia.
During a routine examination with a stress test by cardiologist Dr. Inna Tsareva, it was found that the patient’s condition is at high risk and that a new valve must be implanted and a coronary bypass placed. Therefore, in August 2022, we talk about cardiac surgery.
