Lebanese singer Elissa has published a statement released by her legal client, attorney Mark Habaka, in which she indicated that she has taken legal measures against artist Ziad Burji and poet Ahmed Madi.-
In the aforementioned statement, Elissa confirmed that she had released the song “I am Bass” after Ziyad and Ahmed gave up all their artistic and literary rights and sued their material rights resulting from the waiver.
The statement indicates that her legal client has taken the necessary steps to “stop the violation of Elissa’s legally protected rights.”
