The company closed the year with a profit of 213.70 thousand euros after paying taxes.

The presented management report states that another serious factor that significantly affects the hotel’s operations is the lack of staff.

Not being able to fully supply the hotels themselves with the necessary staff, outsourcing suppliers are increasingly used, while the amount of remuneration is reviewed regularly and more often than expected for SIA “Mogotel” staff. In 2021 SIA “Mogotel” was the employer of 371 employees.

Last year SIA “Mogotel” together with the limited partnership AIF “Altum kapitala fonds” and SIA “Hotel Investment Holding” founded the joint venture “Mogotel development holding”. The company controlled by this holding has concluded 3 hotel rental contracts in European countries, while SIA “Mogotel” has entered into operating / service agreements for the management of these hotels.

In the report on operations available from “Lursoft”, it is stated that starting from July of this year, activities are planned within the “Mogotel” group of companies, following which SIA “Mogotel” will carry out a financial investment, transferring six hotels under the “Rixwell” and “Rija” brands, under the management of SIA “Mogotel MV” – three hotels under the “WELLTON” brands, while JSC “Mogotel Group” will join the subsidiary SIA “Mogotel “. Consequently, SIA “Mogotel” will change its name to JSC “Mogotel group”.

The real beneficiary of SIA “Mogotel” is Vadims Muhins.
