Earlier this week, Microsoft an error identified. This caused some login problems for some users running Windows 11 21H2. Microsoft sign-in issues in Windows 11 are now fixed.
They further explained in detail that this happened to those who installed KB5016691 and then added a new Microsoft account to their devices. However, those with Azure or Active Directory services haven’t encountered this problem.

But Microsoft has now problem solved using known problem recovery (KIR), although it may take up to 24 hours to resolve the problem. They also indicated that restarting the device after applying this fix could help speed up the process.
