Raiffeisen construction company announced that until the end of the year it is possible to conclude a real estate savings contract free of charge with an interest advantage in the amount of three percent per year, until the end of 2027. If the customer also opens a new account with the Raiffeisenbank, the annual appreciation will rise to 6.36%. However, a total of CZK 20,500 per year must be sent to the building savings account for a period of six years.
Raiffeisen Bank stated that anyone interested in a new mortgage loan or loan refinancing will receive inside Ipodne from 5 September at least to 28 October free real estate appraisal. In this way, customers save an order amount of several thousand crowns. The bank also said it allows customers to choose a floating interest rate. The latter can be beneficial at a time when tariffs are expected to gradually decrease.
Agency Domestic credit reported that in the first half of this year it saw a year-on-year increase in new loans of 33%. The interest increase mainly concerns flexible loans. At the same time, interest in debt consolidation is also growing in order to reduce monthly payments. The company also noticed an increase in interest in financing the purchase of used cars through loans.
Agency Volkswagen financial services announced that she is offering a free service package, or a prepaid service for five for free, to all customers who borrow a new car with her by the end of the year. The basic version of the service package includes all the revisions prescribed by the manufacturer and is valid for five years up to a mileage of 60,000 kilometers (in the case of Audi and Volkswagen cars 90,000 km).
