Raiffeisen construction company announced that until the end of the year it is possible to conclude a real estate savings contract free of charge with an interest advantage in the amount of three percent per year, until the end of 2027. If the customer also opens a new account with the Raiffeisenbank, the annual appreciation will rise to 6.36%. However, a total of CZK 20,500 per year must be sent to the building savings account for a period of six years.

Raiffeisen Bank stated that anyone interested in a new mortgage loan or loan refinancing will receive inside Ipodne from 5 September at least to 28 October free real estate appraisal. In this way, customers save an order amount of several thousand crowns. The bank also said it allows customers to choose a floating interest rate. The latter can be beneficial at a time when tariffs are expected to gradually decrease.
