Al-Marsad Newspaper: Researcher and writer Nasser Al-Huzaimi claimed that the Sunnah of the Prophet at the time of the message at the time of the Rightly Guided Caliphs had not been transcribed, other than for some writings that had been composed as the messages of the Messenger and of the treaties.
He included that the hadith of the Messenger, during this time period, have been transmitted orally, and Umar ibn al-Khattab employed to avert and punish individuals who experienced a big sum of hadith and often asked the Companions for a witness to testify that he had listened to this hadith from the Messenger. .
He pointed out that there was an emphasis on the narration of hadiths throughout the period of the Messenger and the very well-guided Caliphs, and there is substantially proof for the prohibition of transcribing the Sunnah.
