Poland, collectively with its allies, is urging EU countries to offer Ukraine with the formerly announced € 9 billion tranche of financial assistance.
Russian President Vladimir Putin intends to deliver Ukraine to its knees for deficiency of monetary means. This was announced for the duration of a go to to Kiev on Friday 9 September by Polish Key Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
