Good neighbors. Beautiful residences. Cozy surroundings. Willem Lommen and his wife Ceciel (the two 67) have lived on Tweede Oude Heselaan for thirty several years and will not truly want to go away for the minute. It is also so incredibly tranquil. “At least, on the back.” Ceciel smiles contemptuously. “Right before we hear the highway noise. Race autos. And it normally goes mistaken.
