Actors Sean Penn and Ben Stiller are no for a longer period permitted to enter Russia, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Monday. The two actors are on a new checklist of a complete of 25 People in america who will be banned from entering the state.
The transfer is the consequence of “escalating” sanctions by the United States on Russia, the ministry claimed.
This is a “lasting ban”, the statement reads. Stiller and Penn built it apparent that they support Ukraine. For instance, Stiller visited Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, whom he identified as “his hero”. Penn created a documentary in Ukraine about the Russian invasion.
The checklist includes not only folks from the cultural sector, but also politicians and filmmakers. Also on the listing are Daniel P. Vajdich (head of Yorktown Methods business), Senator Mark Kelly and Secretary of Commerce, Gina Raimondo.
Penn, Stiller, and the other 23 folks were additional to a longer checklist that now consists of a total of 1,073 Americans who have been banned from going to the region.
