bye and have a good day,
It means that you don’t have to disclose your financial situation. But that also means that I have my own insurance which I have set aside for my old age pension and now I get paid monthly so I can make ends meet but I have to declare it. I have received my pension notification “basic pension supplement” now I am required to notify and I have to provide proof of the amount of my husband’s and my husband’s capital income since 2019. Can you tell me what I have to take?
Thanks in advance
Konnilinchen

If you have declared capital gains on a tax return, you will find the correct numbers there.
Otherwise you should ask the banks and insurance companies or look for the relevant capital gains tax certificates.
When specifying the tax-free amount for capital gains, for spouses valued together, the amount of 1602 euros must be taken into account.

Hi Connie,
I agree with the contribution of “Bernd”. However, I would also like to point out that it is only necessary to present proof of the amount of investment income realized if it exceeds the savings allowance (1602 euros for married couples) in total in the year in question. If the income from the realized investment is less than this amount, you do not need to submit any documents (see also “Notification and cooperation obligations” in your decision: “We currently need proof of the amount from you. . if the saver’s capital the sum has been exceeded).
