Al-Marsad Newspaper: A major scenario of controversy arose in Egypt immediately after the news of the discovery of a seventh dynasty papyrus by former Minister of Antiquities Zahi Hawass that the Sphinx was an Emirati married to the queen Hatshepsut.
For his aspect, Dr. Zahi Hawass, an Egyptian archaeologist and former Minister of Antiquities, stated that almost everything that has been circulated is wholly wrong and the fact that the Sphinx married Queen Hatshepsut is a “pretend” for gossip.
