In May perhaps of this 12 months, we signed a stock transfer arrangement and have about 50 IPs, together with “Tomb Raider”, “Deus Ex”, “Thief” and “Legacy of Kain”, alongside with “Crystal Dynamics”, “Eidos-Montréal”, “Square Enix Montréal”, the Embracer Team has declared the acquisition of “Square Enix Montréal”.
In addition, with the completion of the acquisition, Phil Rogers, who led Square Enix’s abroad functions, will launch a new 12th organization group consisting of “Crystal Dynamics”, “Eidos-Montréal” and “Square Enix Montréal”.
In addition, the name of “Square Enix Montréal” will be altered shortly and additional info is awaited.
