Until 14 October 2022 it is possible to submit applications for the “José de Juan García” Journalism Award 2022, an award convened by the Diputación de Guadalajara.
The award will recognize the best article, journalistic reportage or series of articles or reports published or disseminated by any means, in Spanish and on the province of Guadalajara. They will only be able to introduce themselves works published or broadcast between 1 October 2021 and 30 September 2022.
According to the basics, each author can submit only one article or report or a set of articles and reports, if they turn out to be the same series.
The best journalistic work will be awarded with 2,500 euros.
Presentation of candidacies
The works must be presented in the medium on which they were published, attaching the original and three copies, and will be sent by certified mail or in person to the Provincial Council of Guadalajara (Cultural Service – “San José” Center, C / Atienza, 4 , 5th floor, 19003 – Guadalajara), reporting on the envelope “For the ‘José de Juan García’ 2022 Journalism Award”.
In addition, in a separate, sealed envelope that will accompany the work or works, it must report the identification number, name, both surnames, the author’s address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as a short curriculum vitae, indicating the name of the author on the outside. The basics indicate that works sent by e-mail will not be accepted.
