The attorney identified as the father of Brigadier Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat o Brigadier J, Samuel Hutabarat, at present in Jakarta. Samuel is envisioned to represent his son to take part in the graduation procession at the Open up College (UT) tomorrow.
