Pictured: Experts attempt to revive extinct Tasmanian tiger | Univision Science Information

Twenty yrs ago, in May well 2002, Australian Museum paleontologist Mike Archer led a crew of researchers
replicated DNA of a specimen of the officially regarded as thylacine, but commonly referred to as
Tasmanian Tiger 130 several years aged, stored in ethanol. This species of striped carnivorous marsupial that roamed the Australian bush formally turned extinct in 1936.
