The loss of life of the former vice president of parliament, Farid Nabil Makari, has disappeared after a struggle from a disorder.
Makari was born in Anfeh – Koura in northern Lebanon in 1947. He researched civil engineering at the University of Texas in Austin (Usa) and retains a diploma in this area and joined the Saudi intercontinental “Oger” and “Oger”, which were established by the martyr Key Minister Rafiq Hariri.
Makari to start with entered the political fray by parliamentary elections, contested them in 1992 and received the Orthodox parliamentary seat for Koura.
He was re-elected for the same seat in the 1996, 2000 and 2005 elections.
Involving 1995 and 1996, Makari was Minister of Facts in the governing administration led by Primary Minister Hariri. Parliamentary commissions in which he participated: the Community Is effective, Transportation, Strength and Water Fee, the Foreign and Foreign Affairs Commission, the Setting Fee and the Displaced Affairs Fee. He was acknowledged for adhering to up on enhancement projects in the Northern Governorate, particularly in the districts of Koura and Batroun. Soon after the martyrdom of Key Minister Rafic Hariri, Farid Makari was 1 of the top faces of the “cedar revolution”. He received the 2005 parliamentary elections on the March 14 Alliance of Forces listing.
Considering that 2005 Makari has been elected vice president of the House of Reps.
