LONDON – The Netherlands and the surrounding countries are groaning under the ongoing drought. Where a water shortage has officially been identified in our own country, the United Kingdom also has to deal with this shortage. It is even so extreme there that citizens are hoarding water bottles in the supermarkets in panic.
