To be more precise, it is more particularly a red statue of the Russian head of state, sitting on a small tank in a sandbox located in the huge park of the American megalopolis. The statue was erected by French artist James Colomina, who explains the meaning of his work on an Instagram post, where several children are seen playing with Vladimir Putin and spraying him with sand.
