When Vice President Kamala Harris spoke to the press about the new, major policy package, she was asked four questions. She answered three of them.
On Sunday, the United States Senate passed a major package of policy measures. The votes were 50-50. Thus, Vice President Kamala Harris had to vote to secure a narrow victory for the Democrats.
The package of over NOK 7,000 billion is to be adopted with the same wording in the House of Representatives later this week. Only then can it be signed by President Joe Biden. The package has been named “Act on reduced inflation”.
