This is stated by the royal court in an SMS to Dagbladet.
Reported healthy after infection
On Thursday last week, the news came that King Harald (85) was admitted to Rikshospitalet for investigation of fever.
There the king got detected an infection which had to be treated with intravenous antibiotics.

Several were quick to wish His Majesty a speedy recovery, including Conservative leader Erna Solberg.
– He is a great guy and a great king. I want him to get back on his feet quickly, announced the former prime minister.
Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre also took to Twitter to wish the king a speedy recovery.

Participated in the WC
The events took place a week after His Majesty had participated in the WC in sailing for 8 meters in Geneva. The king and his team members finished in 10th place in the competition.
– He really gives the younger sailors tough competition. It’s fun to see, said Jean Olivier Kerr, head of the championship’s organizing committee, about King Harald’s efforts to NRK.
