20 years of “Mensch”: Herbert Grönemeyer’s successful album celebrates its anniversary. In line with this, selected cinemas are showing the live concert from the Arena AufSchalke in Dolby Atmos.

With the album “Mensch” artist Herbert Grönemeyer wrote music history several times. The album itself received wide critical and fan acclaim. Then the two-hour live concert in the Arena AufSchalke was recorded as a concert video in effective 5.1 surround sound for SACD. And now, for its 20th anniversary, it lands in high-end Dolby Atmos on both Blu-ray and selected cinemas.
The disc for home cinema will be released on August 26th, on August 31st you can immerse yourself in the immersive sound including a giant image in Berlin, Braunschweig, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne and Munich.
The site lists which cinemas are included “Visions of Sound” of the organizer. The dense concert and stadium atmosphere is also carried by the 65,000 enthusiastic spectators, who also sang along and between whom you can now take a seat afterwards.
